SEALED BIDS will be received on October 12, 2011 at the offices of the Rockaway Valley Regional Sewerage Authority at 99 Greenbank Road, Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, Country of Morris, New Jersey up until 2:00 P.M. prevailing time, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
